Philippians I, 27 — ‘ἐν ἑνὶ πνεύματι’ - ‘en eni pneumati’ - ‘in one Spirit; by one Spirit’. Both translations are possible.
Philippians I, 28 — ‘ἐν μηδενὶ’ - ‘en medeni’ - ‘in nothing’. ‘ὑπὸ τῶν ἀντικειμένων’ - ‘hypo ton antikeimenon’ - ‘under those opposing; through those opposing’. The preposition ‘hypo’ with the genitive case emphasises that those who oppose the Gospel often do not do what they expect. ‘ἀπὸ θεοῦ’ - ‘apo theou’ - ‘from God’. The preposition ‘apo’ emphasises that for those who fall away, this is proof of their departure from God, but for the faithful, salvation is a gift from God.
Philippians I, 29 — ‘εἰς αὐτὸν’ - ‘eis auton’ - ‘in Him’. The preposition ‘eis’ emphasises that faith is a movement towards Christ, not something static.
Philippians I, 30 — ‘ἐν ἐμοὶ’ - ‘en emoi’ - ‘in me’. ‘ἐν ἐμοί’ - ‘en emoi’ - ‘in me; through me’. The meaning is more likely to be the second translation.
Philippians II, 1 — ‘ἐν Χριστῷ’ - ‘en CHristo’ - ‘in Christ’.

Luke XII, 3 — ‘ἐν τῇ σκοτίᾳ’ - ‘en te skotia’ - ‘in the darkness’. ‘ἐν τῷ φωτὶ’ - ‘en to photi’ - ‘in the light’. ‘ἐν τοῖς ταμείοις’ - ‘en tois tameiois’ - ‘in the storerooms’ (a place of hiding in a house in the East).
Luke XII, 4 — ‘ἀπὸ τῶν ἀποκτεννόντων’ - ‘apo ton apoktennonton’ - ‘from those who kill’. The preposition ‘apo’ indicates that the object of fear becomes distinct from what it is associated with, i.e. for a person who fears other people, fear becomes something independent, distinct.
Luke XII, 5 — ‘εἰς τὴν γέενναν’ - ‘eis ten geennan’ - ‘into gehenna’.
Luke XII, 6 — ‘ἓν ἐξ αὐτῶν’ - ‘en ex auton’ - ‘one of them’. The preposition ‘ek’ in its form before the following vowel indicates a choice among a group of birds.
Luke XII, 8 — ‘ἐν ἐμοὶ’ - ‘en emoi’ - ‘in Me; Me’. The meaning is the second version of the translation. ‘ἐν αὐτῷ’ - ‘en auto’ - ‘in him; him’. The meaning is also the second translation.
Luke XII, 10 — ‘εἰς τὸν υἱὸν’ - ‘eis ton yion’ - ‘on the Son’. ‘εἰς τὸ ἅγιον πνεῦμα’ - ‘eis to agion pneuma’ - ‘on the Holy Spirit’. The preposition ‘eis’ indicates the direction of action.
Luke XII, 12 — ‘ἐν αὐτῇ τῇ ὥρᾳ’ - ‘en aute te ora’ - ‘at the same hour’.
