Since tomorrow is the great celebration of the Transfiguration of the Lord, tomorrow's daily readings are postponed to today, and so there are two readings today. I give them in parentheses, one after the other.
1 Corinthians V, 9, 10 — 'ἐν τῇ ἐπιστολῇ' - 'en te epistole' - 'in a letter; by letter'. 'πόρνοις' - 'pornois' - 'fornicators'. This word is derived from the one used by Christ when speaking of the possibility of divorce. It is different from 'adultery'. See the links for more details, especially the final one:

1 Corinthians V, 10 — 'ἐκ τοῦ κόσμου' - 'ek tou kosmou' - 'out of the world; from the world'. The preposition 'ek' indicates the initial location - in the world, among the world
and the exit from it.
1 Corinthians V, 13 — 'τοὺς δὲ ἔξω' - 'tous de exo' - 'those who are outside; but the external'. 'ἐξ ὑμῶν' - 'ex ymon' - 'from (among) you'. There is a certain idea in the similarity of the words here - after being excommunicated from the community of believers, a person becomes like the externals,
i.e. unbelievers.
1 Corinthians VI, 2, 5 — 'ἐν ὑμῖν' - 'en ymin' - 'in you' (you; between you).
1 Corinthians VI, 4 — 'ἐν τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ' - 'en te ekklesia' - 'in the Church'.
1 Corinthians VI, 11 — 'ἐν τῷ ὀνόματι' - 'en to onomati' - 'in the name; by the name'. 'ἐν τῷ πνεύματι' - 'en to pneumati' - 'in the Spirit; by the Spirit'. These variants are all correct. 'ἡμῶν' - 'emon' - 'us' (our).
1 Corinthians VI, 20 — 'ἐν τῷ σώματι' - 'en to somati' - 'in the body; with the body'. Both variants are possible, but translations generally give the first one. The former emphasises the body as a place of glory, as a temple of God, while the latter points to the body as a way of glorification and is more in line with the ideal of holiness and deification. In many ancient texts there are no words about the spirit and the fact that they are God's
(in a similar sense as the temple is called God's, although it was built by people).
1 Corinthians VII, 5 — 'ἐκ συμφώνου' - 'ek symphonou' - (proceeding) from agreement, consonance, harmony

1 Corinthians VII, 7 — 'ἐκ θεοῦ' - 'ek theou' - 'from God'. The preposition 'ek' here emphasises the deepest significance, the highest degree of importance of the human condition for the person. This is the most trusting relationship with God - to entrust all of oneself in the most intimate and deepest parts of one's being to God. Because of this depth and trust, it takes work and effort for many people to receive, and often even to understand and recognise, God's design for what a person should be. Matthew XIII, 54 — 'εἰς τὴν πατρίδα' - 'eis ten patrida' - 'to the homeland'. The preposition 'eis' indicates movement and a final destination. 'ἐν τῇ συναγωγῇ' - 'en te synagogue' - 'in the synagogue'.
Matthew XIII, 56 — 'ἡμᾶς' - 'emas' - 'us'.
Matthew XIII, 57 — 'ἐν τῇ ἰδίᾳ πατρίδι' - 'en te idia patridi' - 'in their own homeland'. 'ἐν τῇ οἰκίᾳ' - 'en te oikia' - 'in the house'.
Matthew XIV, 1 — 'Ἐν ἐκείνῳ τῷ καιρῷ' - 'en ekeino to kairo' - 'at that time'. A common expression.
Matthew XIV, 2 — 'ἀπὸ τῶν νεκρῶν' - 'apo ton nekron' - 'from the dead'. The preposition 'apo' is atypical for describing the resurrection from the dead, indicating John's leaving, abandonment
of the dead. This indicates Herod's lack of familiarity with faith as such. 'ἐν αὐτῷ' - 'en auto' - 'in Him; by Him'.
Matthew XIV, 3 — 'ἐν φυλακῇ' - 'en phylake' - 'into prison'.
Matthew XIV, 6 — 'ἐν τῷ μέσῳ' - 'en to meso' - 'among'. A common expression.
Matthew XIV, 8 — 'ὑπὸ τῆς μητρὸς' - 'hypo tes metros' - 'from the mother; by the mother'. The preposition 'hypo' here also indicates a certain subordination of the daughter to her mother, dependence on her, as well as the lowliness of their conspiracy.
Matthew XIV, 10 — 'ἐν τῇ φυλακῇ' - 'en te phylake' - 'in the prison'.
Matthew XIV, 13 — 'ἐν πλοίῳ εἰς ἔρημον' - 'en ploio eis eremon' - 'in a boat into the desert'. 'ἀπὸ τῶν πόλεων' - 'apo ton poleon' - 'from the cities' (leaving the cities).
