Romans VII, 14 — 'ὑπὸ τὴν ἁμαρτίαν' - '(h)ypo ten amartian' - 'under sin'.
Romans VII, 16 — 'σύμφημι' - 'symphemi' - 'I agree'.
Romans VII, 18, 21 — 'ἀγαθόν' - 'agathon' - 'good' (in the broad sense, good in general, as a result). 'καλὸν' - 'kalon' - 'beautiful, good in the highest sense, worthy'. Paul says that if a person falls short
of fulfilling what is beautiful and worthy, then it cannot be said that goodness abides in them
.
Romans VII, 19, 21 — 'κακὸν' - 'kakon' - 'evil; something really bad' ('evil' in its proper sense). In verse 21, the opposites are revealed most clearly: the desire for beautiful good and the presence of real evil.
Romans VII, 25 — 'ἡμῶν' - 'emon' - 'us' (our).
Romans VIII, 2 — 'ἠλευθέρωσέν σε ἀπὸ τοῦ νόμου τῆς ἁμαρτίας καὶ τοῦ θανάτου' - 'eleutherosen se apo tou nomou tes amartias kai tou thanatou' - 'has delivered you from the law of sin and death'. The apostle begins to use the word law
constantly, here in the passage we have the law of the mind
, the Law of God
, the law of the Spirit
, the law of sin
and the law of death
. Before, it was just law
. In fact, here it is something that is more enduring, more durable, more powerful than anything that can be changed by mere human effort. The image of the desired good, called the law of the mind
, cannot be arbitrarily changed by a person, because it attracts them, reflecting the depth of their personality; the Law of God
is established by God; the law of the Spirit of life in Christ
is a gift of grace that can act on everyone; the law of sin and death
is the tendency to sin, addiction, the ability to die, and death itself.

Matthew X, 14 — 'κονιορτὸν ἐκ τῶν ποδῶν ὑμῶν' - 'koniorton ek ton podon ymon' - 'dust from your feet'. The dust did not originate from the feet of the apostles, but it got there before anyone else noticed it being shaken off their feet. Therefore, this is from the point of view of an observer and witness of the events - as people should see it. This is a sign for people, the meaning of which is to give them a testimony.
Matthew X, 15 — 'ἡμέρᾳ' - 'emera' - 'day'.
