1 Corinthians XVI, 13 — ‘ἐν τῇ πίστει’ - ‘en te pistei’ - ‘in faith; by faith’. Both translations are possible, although they are different and complement each other.
1 Corinthians XVI, 14 — ‘ἐν ἀγάπῃ’ - ‘en agape’ - ‘in love; by love’. Both translations are possible, although they are different and complement each other.
1 Corinthians XVI, 15 — ‘εἰς διακονίαν’ - ‘eis diakonian’ - ‘in the ministry’. The preposition ‘eis’ here indicates the purpose of the action.
1 Corinthians XVI, 19 — ‘ἐν κυρίῳ’ - ‘en kyrio’ - ‘in the Lord’.
1 Corinthians XVI, 20 — ‘ἐν φιλήματι ἁγίῳ’ - ‘en philemati agio’ - ‘in the holy kiss; with the holy kiss’. Both translations are possible, although they are different. The first one emphasises that the greeting is not contained in the kiss itself, i.e. the kiss is not a greeting itself, but accompanies it (a logical explanation for why there are insincere kisses as such - i.e. there may not be a genuine greeting in the kiss itself, recall the kiss of the betrayer Judas). The second variant emphasises that the kiss is a greeting, i.e. it is always sincere in the words of the apostle. Since the ‘holy kiss’ is always sincere, it has a greeting in it, regardless of which version Paul means.
1 Corinthians XVI, 24 — ‘ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ’ - ‘en CHristo Iesou’ - ‘in Christ Jesus’.

Luke V, 1 — ‘ἐν τῷ τὸν ὄχλον’ - ‘en to ton okhlon’ - ‘in the way of the crowd’.
Luke V, 2 — ‘παρὰ τὴν λίμνην’ - ‘para ten limnen’ - ‘to the proximity of the lake’. The preposition ‘para’ with an accusative, in other words, ‘ready to swim - get in!'. ‘ἀπ’ αὐτῶν' - ap auton

. The preposition ‘apo’ emphasises that the fishermen were far away, the boats were left alone.
Luke V, 3 — ‘ἐμβὰς δὲ εἰς ἓν τῶν πλοίων’ - ‘embas de eis en ton ploion’ - ‘entered into one boat’. ‘ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς’ - ‘apo tes ges’ - ‘from the earth’. That is, away. ‘ἐν τῷ πλοίῳ’ - ‘en to ploio’ - ‘in the boat’.
Luke V, 4 — ‘εἰς τὸ βάθος’ - ‘eis to bathos’ - ‘into the depths’. ‘εἰς ἄγραν’ - ‘eis agran’ - ‘to catch’. Here the preposition ‘eis’ indicates the purpose of the action - to catch fish.
Luke V, 7 — ‘ἐν τῷ ἑτέρῳ πλοίῳ’ - ‘en to etero ploio’ - ‘in the other boat’.
Luke V, 8 — ‘ἀπ’ ἐμοῦ' - ap emou

. That is, ‘leave me completely’. ‘εἰμι’ - ‘eimi’ - (I) ‘am’. It is used only with emphasis.
Luke V, 10 — ‘ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν’ - ‘apo tou nyn’ - ‘from now on’. A common expression.
