Glory Be to Jesus Christ!

Galatians IV, 11 — ‘εἰς ὑμᾶς’ - ‘eis ymas’ - ‘in you’.
Galatians IV, 18 — ‘ἐν καλῷ’ - ‘en kalo’ - ‘in the good, in the beautiful’. ‘ἐν τῷ’ - ‘en to’ - ‘in that; when’.
Galatians IV, 19, 20 — ‘ἐν ὑμῖν’ - ‘en ymin’ - ‘in you’.
Galatians IV, 21 — ‘ὑπὸ νόμον’ - ‘hypo nomon’ - ‘under the law’. The preposition here is ‘hypo’ with an accusative.

Luke VII, 32 — ‘ἐν ἀγορᾷ’ - ‘en agora’ - ‘in the marketplace’.
Luke VII, 35 — ‘ἀπὸ τῶν τέκνων’ - ‘apo ton teknon’ - ‘from the children’. Here the preposition ‘apo’ emphasises that wisdom has received a testimony that can be given independently of the state of wise children (i.e. ‘its children’ for wisdom, not those just mentioned), i.e. it emphasises the impartiality of Jesus' words, their objectivity.
I wrote about the parallel passage in Matthew (Matthew XI, 16-20) at the following links:
