Luke I, 15 – ‘κοιλιας’ – ‘koilias’ – ‘belly, womb, heart (middle), every organ within the abdomen’.
Luke I, 18, 19 – ‘ειμι’ – ‘eimi’ – (I) ‘am’. It is used for emphasis.

For an interesting comparison between the apparitions of Gabriel to
Zechariah and the Virgin Mary at the time of the Annunciation, see this

Regarding Your prayer is answered
, many interpreters believe that
Zechariah no longer prayed for his descendant, resigned to the fact that
his descendant would most likely not be born (compare his question to
the angel), but prayed for the people, being righteous, wishing for the
conversion of people to faith and God. And it is about this desire and
this prayer that Gabriel says that it is heard (here it means that it
will be fulfilled). Along with God’s care for people, God’s special care
for the righteous Zechariah and Elizabeth will be manifested in the
miraculous birth of the son in their old age. God here adds
the
fulfilment of personal desires to the fulfilment of general desires that
are important for everyone. Therefore, we can consider Zechariah as an
example of blessed intercession for the people.
