Glory Be to Jesus Christ!

2 Corinthians VII, 1 — ‘ἀπὸ παντὸς μολυσμοῦ’ - ‘apo pantos molysmou’ - ‘from all impurity (’defilement‘)’. The preposition ‘apo’ emphasises complete cleansing, total purification. ‘ἐν φόβῳ’ - ‘en phobo’ - ‘in fear; by fear’. Both translations are possible, although the first one gives a broader answer to the question of how to ‘create a sanctuary for God'.
2 Corinthians VII, 3 — ‘ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις’ - ‘en tais kardiais’ - ‘in the hearts’. ‘εἰς τὸ συναποθανεῖν’ - ‘eis to synapothanein’ - ‘in dying together; to die together’. The first translation is a calque, and the second is more accurate.
2 Corinthians VII, 5 — ‘εἰς Μακεδονίαν’ - ‘eis Makedonian’ - ‘into Macedonia’.
2 Corinthians VII, 6, 7 — ‘ἐν τῇ παρουσίᾳ’ - ‘en te parousia’ - ‘in the presence; in the coming; by the presence; by the coming’. All translations are possible and complement each other.
2 Corinthians VII, 7 — ‘ἐν τῇ παρακλήσει’ - ‘en te paraklesei’ - ‘in comfort; by comfort’. Both translations are possible.
2 Corinthians VII, 8 — ‘ἐν τῇ ἐπιστολῇ’ - ‘en te epistole’ - ‘in the letter; by the letter’. Again, both variants are possible.
2 Corinthians VII, 9 — ‘εἰς μετάνοιαν’ - ‘eis metanoian’ - ‘in repentance; for repentance; to repent’. The latter translation is more accurate and transparent in its meaning. ‘ἐν μηδενὶ’ - ‘en medeni’ - ‘in nothing’. ‘ἐξ ἡμῶν’ - ‘ex emon’ - ‘from us’.
2 Corinthians VII, 10 — ‘εἰς σωτηρίαν’ - ‘eis soterian’ - ‘to salvation; for salvation; to be saved’. Again, the latter translation is clearer and more transparent.

Mark I, 29 — ‘ἐκ τῆς συναγωγῆς’ - ‘ek tes synagoges’ - ‘from the synagogue’. The preposition ‘ek’ indicates from where the action takes place. ‘εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν’ - ‘eis ten oikian’ - ‘into the house; to the house’. The preposition ‘eis’ indicates where they have come to. A common combination of prepositions in the case of movement.
Mark I, 35 — ‘εἰς ἔρημον τόπον’ - ‘eis eremon topon’ - ‘into a deserted (desolate; lonely) place’.
