A Lot of Joy from God!

Oleksandr Zhabenko

🇬🇧 Glory be to Jesus Christ! 🌞 Dedicated to Emma Kok.

(Romans V, 1-10)

Romans V, 10 – I wrote earlier, and I quote: ¨Reconciled – literally changed mutually, came to a compromise, exchanged. It means that Christ died in our place (exchange), and this made people and God alike in Christ (brought them closer together, became like a compromise). The meaning of reconciliation is derived from the general meaning of the passage. The Sacrifice of the Son of God became the Sacrifice of reconciliation¨. About the chain, hope and love - living Christian hope is a consequence of love from God, so when a person keeps and multiplies the gift of love, then he or she is enduring and in various life events and situations, an unashamed hope for God’s love, eternal life and victory over sins is born. This hope is not these gifts themselves, but it becomes stronger when all these gifts are manifested. See also:

(Matthew VI, 22-33)

Matthew VI, 22 – ´απλους´ – ´haplous´ – folded together, single, simple, perfect (eye). ´ολον´ – ´holon´ – all, the whole. The foded together whole, everything, one – probably, in modern language, the complete and holistic eye, i.e. perception, awareness, vision, view, worldview.
Matthew VI, 26 – ´εμπλεψατε´ - ´emblepsate´ – look carefully at (in), look well.
Matthew VI, 28 - καταμαθετε – ´katamathete´ – consider well. See also here:
