Galatians II, 11 — ‘εἰς Ἀντιόχειαν’ - ‘eis Antiokheian’ - ‘to Antioch’.
Galatians II, 12 — ‘ἀπὸ Ἰακώβου’ - ‘apo Iakobou’ - ‘from James’. The preposition ‘apo’ may indicate that these were not close followers of James, but they had departed from James himself at the time, who had taken a position according to the decision of the Apostolic Council in Jerusalem. ‘ἐκ περιτομῆς’ - ‘ek peritomes’ - ‘from circumcision’. The preposition ‘ek’ may indicate that those people attached too much importance to circumcision as an act of the ceremonial Law of Moses.
Galatians II, 15 — ‘ἐξ ἐθνῶν’ - ‘ex ethnon’ - ‘of the Gentiles’. The preposition ‘ek’ here may indicate that the difference between Jews and Gentiles was significant in terms of the knowledge of God up to that time.
Galatians II, 16 — ‘ἐξ ἔργων’ - ‘ex ergon’ - ‘of works; of deeds’. ‘εἰς Χριστὸν’ - ‘eis CHriston’ - ‘in Christ’. ‘ἐκ πίστεως’ - ‘ek pisteos’ - ‘from faith; of faith’. These words are very similar to those used in the Letter to the Romans. For more details, see the following links:

Luke VI, 29, 30 — ‘εἰς τὴν σιαγόνα’ - ‘eis ten siagona’ - ‘in the cheek’. ‘ἀπὸ τοῦ αἴροντός’ - ‘apo tou airontos’ - ‘take away’. The preposition ‘apo’ emphasises the idea that ‘to take away completely’.
