it is written that the use of prepositions has important significance for the correct understanding of important and topical questions, particularly the question of power, I am writing comments regarding the use of precisely these prepositions. As advice regarding reading what is written — one can read the verse in translation or/and original (whoever has such possibility), and then the corresponding comment regarding prepositions here. Then it is necessary to understand which part of the verse the comment concerns, and also to consider what essential for understanding it affirms — or more rarely — denies. Such thoughtful reading helps to deepen understanding and protects from the mentioned mistakes.

(2 Corinthians XI, 5-21)
2 Corinthians XI, 6 — 'ἐν παντὶ φανερώσαντες ἐν πᾶσιν εἰς ὑμᾶς' - 'en panti phanerosantes en pasin eis hymas' - everywhere manifested in everything for you. The preposition 'eis' indicates the purpose here.

2 Corinthians XI, 9 — 'ἀπὸ Μακεδονίας' - 'apo Makedonias' - from Macedonia. The preposition 'apo' emphasises that they left Macedonia. 'ἐν παντὶ' - 'en panti' - in everything.

2 Corinthians XI, 10 — 'εἰς ἐμὲ ἐν τοῖς κλίμασιν τῆς Ἀχαΐας' - 'eis eme en tois klimasin tes Akhaias' - for me in the territories of Achaia. For whom and where.

2 Corinthians XI, 12, 21 — 'ἐν ᾧ καυχῶνται ' - 'en o kaukhontai' - in what they boast; with what they boast. Both translation variants are possible.

2 Corinthians XI, 13 — 'εἰς ἀποστόλους' - 'eis apostolous' - into apostles. The demonstrative transformation is emphasised.
