The Apostle Paul teaches the right attitude to food and to the conscience of ourselves and others. See in particular, in addition to the above references, the following:

I would also add that seeking one’s own is synonymous with being closed off and self-focused.

We can also say that the Apostle Paul teaches a wise attitude towards all of creation.

If a person thinks: I can do this and that, so why not try it?, then they can easily substitute a need, something that is really necessary for them, for their salvation, for eternal life (and often for temporary life), something that is really necessary in the same sense for other people, with apparent opportunity and freedom. The Apostle teaches us to seek what is truly needed.

(Matthew XXIV, 34-44)

Matthew XXIV, 37 – ‘ημεραι’ – ‘emerai’ – (in) ‘days’.

Matthew XXIV, 38 – ‘ημεραις’ – ‘emerais’ – (on) ‘days’.

Matthew XXIV, 42 – ‘ημερα’ – ‘emera’ – ‘days’.
